NK's drainage board is made from high-strength HDPE and is manufactured using a fully automated injection molding line through injection molding and extrusion to create a concave-convex sheet-like drainage material. For geotextile lamination, a geotextile is laminated to the base sheet through a thermal lamination process, resulting in a roll or sheet product. A small amount of anti-aging agent is added to extend the outdoor service life, ensuring the material performs its drainage function within its designed lifespan.
Each batch of geosynthetics undergoes tests for compressive strength, permeability, and aging resistance, strictly complying with the national standard "Technical Specifications for the Application of Geosynthetics."
The products are used in domestic projects such as underground waterproofing and drainage, sponge city construction, and highway subgrades. They are also exported to 22 countries and regions, including Germany, Australia, and Brazil. Their efficient drainage and durability have earned them high recognition from construction contractors.

Efficient Drainage and Water Conductivity:
The vertical channels formed by the raised dot structure (gap width 2-5mm) quickly collect and drain surface or underground water, achieving a drainage capacity of 1.5-5m³/(m·h), preventing soil softening and mold caused by accumulated water.
Customizable Adaptability:
The low-point type (8-15mm) is suitable for green roofs and small site drainage; the high-point type (20-50mm) is suitable for deep drainage applications such as underground garage roofs and large roadbeds; the composite geotextile type prevents sediment from entering the drainage channel and is suitable for soil environments with high sand content.
Root Barrier & Durability:
The plastic base sheet offers excellent puncture resistance, preventing plant roots from penetrating and damaging waterproofing layers (such as roofs and underground slabs). The addition of anti-aging agents ensures an outdoor service life of over 50 years, adapting to harsh environments ranging from -40°C to 80°C.
Lightweight & Cost-Effectiveness:
The finished product weighs only 300-800g/m², significantly reducing the bearing pressure on the base layer. Construction eliminates the need for additional drainage trenches, saving 30%-50% in material and labor costs compared to traditional gravel drainage layers.
Flexible and Convenient Construction:
The sheet is highly flexible and can be directly laid on irregular surfaces (such as curved roofs and slopes). It can be fixed by overlapping or welding. The average daily construction area per person can reach over 150 square meters and is not affected by rain (construction can be carried out on wet surfaces).
Popular Applications
Underground Garage Roof Drainage:
Use a 30mm high composite drainage board (+ 200g/m2 geotextile) installed above the roof's waterproofing layer to quickly drain infiltrating rainwater, protect the waterproofing layer from waterlogging, and provide drainage space for the planting soil above.
Green Roof Drainage:
Use a 15mm high drainage board (sheet thickness 1.5mm) installed between the roof's insulation layer and the planting soil to drain excess rainwater and prevent increased roof load due to waterlogging. Suitable for lightweight green roofs (planting soil thickness ≤ 30cm).
Highway Subgrade Drainage:
Use a 25mm high drainage board (sheet thickness 2.5mm) installed on the roadbed slope or roadbed bottom to drain groundwater from the soil and prevent subsidence and mudslides caused by insufficient water stability in the subgrade.
Tunnel & Underground Engineering Drainage:
Use a 20mm high composite drainage board (geotextile weight 300g/m2) installed on the outside of the tunnel secondary lining to collect seepage from the surrounding rock and direct it into drainage blind pipes to prevent seepage and condensation on the tunnel walls.
Sponge City Green Space Drainage:
Use "10mm high imple drain board (sheet thickness 1.2mm)": laid under the planting layer of urban parks and square green spaces, it accelerates rainwater infiltration and drainage, reduces surface water accumulation, and improves the site's storage capacity.
